If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will assist you, but we are not responsible for:
- Packages lost after confirmed delivery
- Theft from mailbox or property
10. Heat & Product Care (VERY IMPORTANT for Gummies)
Because our products may be sensitive to heat:
- We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it is delivered
- Bokke Nutrition is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once the package has been delivered
11. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
