8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will assist you, but we are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery
  • Theft from mailbox or property

10. Heat & Product Care (VERY IMPORTANT for Gummies)

Because our products may be sensitive to heat:

  • We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it is delivered
  • Bokke Nutrition is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once the package has been delivered

11. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
