Bokke Nutrition – Return & Refund Policy
At Bokke Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements and ingestibles), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage
⚠️ For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund, depending on your preference
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider
Shipping fees are:
- Non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault (wrong or damaged item)
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges
If you would like a different product:
- Please return the eligible item
- Place a new order separately
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Bokke Nutrition is not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased during final sale or promotions
- Gift cards
